The course trains the employees of ČEZ how to manage quality. In order to get the necessary information to the employees in a form that can be easily remembered and easily linked to their practice; the course is presented as a series of simulations of real situations that the employees encounter in their job. The simulations are linked to theory where the students can use the information to manage the simulation. Each scene also contains a number of exercises where the students verify their knowledge. The employees of ČEZ provided for the documents for the course. The employees of Kontis designed the graphical appearance of the characters and the environments to match the reality in ČEZ as much as possible. The character, environment, and scenario designs have gone through an approval process where various ČEZ staff from different areas had the opportunity to express their opinion on the final form and influence it. Finally, the employees of Kontis technically prepared the resulting animations.

The individual scenes of the course reconstruct the real everyday situations that occur with inappropriate communication with the senior staff, colleagues and subordinates. The aim of the video course is to teach the employees of ČSOB is to provide correct feedback on inappropriate communication or behaviour and to create a pleasant working environment. The animated course demonstrates how the experienced and pro-client ČSOB employee should behave in the case of a complaint of someone outside ČSOB, and how to transform this complaint, in an ideal case, into an opportunity to get a new client. The employees of ČSOB provided for the basic script and dialogues of the story. According to the requirements of ČSOB, the team of graphic designers and animators in the company Kontis designed the individual characters in the story. According to the actual interiors of ČSOB, the environment in which these characters were placed was also graphically processed. The course is processed as a Flash document communicating according to the standard SCORM.
The course is intended for the training of employees at ČSOB branches. The course trains the employees of Poštovní spořitelna how to deal with individual types of customers and how to provide services so that the client quickly achieves his/her goal and leaves satisfied. In order to get the necessary information to the employees in a form that can be easily remembered and easily linked to their practice; the course is presented as a series of simulations. In the individual scenes such actions are simulated that the employees typically perform at the branches, such as changing the contact addresses. The employee can make various decisions in the simulations and check how clients will react and how these decisions will affect the customer's final satisfaction.

Makro ČR - Welcome to Makro
Makro ČR - Welcome to Makro
The course Welcome to Macro is used for the comprehensive training of the new employees. In the animated story, the new employee is gradually going through the company. At the beginning, using videos, photographs and audio tracks, he/she is introduced to the company in an international context, with the visions, missions and values of the company. The student performs various interactive tasks and answers the questions to be drawn into the interpretation. After that the new employee is introduced to a recruiter and a typical customer. Together they go through the whole company and get to know their operation from the point of view of both the employee and the customer. Everything is supplemented by interactive exercises, such as a company map, a slang dictionary at Makro, or a register of terms.
How the course was developed
The employees of the company Kontis designed the form of the course and the way of the interpretation. Then, together with the staff of the company Macro, they completed the course content which was described in detail. The analysis included the business model specifying prices, the terms and conditions of the contract, the user model containing character and scene designs, the use scenarios, the stories, and the complete content. Based on the analysis, the course was then developed by the staff of the company Kontis; the development lasted about 2 months, and the 4-member production team consisted of programmers, graphic artists and animators. As a development tool, because of the large number of vector animations, Adobe Flash was chosen and the company Kontis preprogrammed the necessary SCORM communication so that the course could be managed in the tool LMS iTutor that the company Macro uses.

The course is designed to train subsidiaries, business partners and their employees for Linet Latera, which is a hospital bed that prevents the creation of bedsores and facilitates the work of hospital nurses. The company Linet has chosen an e-learning solution to train its business partners around the world because its goal was not only to efficiently and thoroughly train business partners through tailored courses, but also to get the necessary feedback. And all this without the unnecessary financial and time losses. The company Kontis created dozens of courses for Linet for its products in English, German, French, and Spanish. The employees of the company Linet provided for the content of the course, on the basis of which the employees of the company Kontis worked out the training strategies and technically produced the complete course, including the sound processing in all required language versions. McDonalds - Beverage Preparation
The McDonalds course is used to teach the employees and licensors of the company McDonalds. The course in a total of 22 separate lessons, an index, and in final test teaches the activities and knowledge required to run the restaurants McDonalds. Each lesson always contains a multimedia interpretation with a number of animations, demonstrations of procedures, and testing. All lessons have a uniform look that has always been altered by a theme-specific fittings, and a uniform control. The courses are run in individual restaurants, where they can work in an off-line mode too. In this mode, they generate encrypted files with the interactions of the student that are automatically sent by mail to the Central Control System of iTutor where they are automatically processed. This operation brings cost-effective solutions for those restaurants that are connected to the headquarters via ISDN, and on-line connections would bring a higher financial burden. The analysis included the business model specifying pricing, the deadlines, the model ROI and the terms and conditions of the contract, the user model containing the screen and animation designs, the use scenarios and the complete content, and the technology model specifying the use of the technology, the endpoint requirements, and the server requirements. The 4-member production team consisted of programmers, graphic artists and animators. The tool ToolBook II Instructor was chosen as a development tool, and parts of the interpretation and animation are done in Adobe Flash. Part of the delivery included the customizations of iTutor to automate the reception of the encrypted off-line files with student interactions that occur in the individual restaurants.
